1. Connect IP phone (WAN port) to wall socket using RJ45 UTP cable
2. Switch on IP phone power adapter
3. IP phone will detect network and display network information e.g. network name, date and time

1. Lift the handset
2. Key in the number you wish to dial

1. Press the "Handfree" button
2. Key in the number you wish to dial
3. Press "Send" button

1. Lift the handset
2. Press the "Handfree" button
3. Press the "Redial" button
4. Check incoming call/outgoing call1
5. Press the "In Call" or " Out Call" button and press "Up" or "Down" to check the list of incoming calls or Outgoing calls.
6. Press "Send" button
7. Press "Exit" button and come out from the list

3. Follow voice instructions
4. Key in username
5. Key in password
6. Listen to your voicemail

1. Lift the handset
2. Press "1111"
3. Follow voice instructions
4. Key in username
5. Key in password
6. Press "0" for mailbox option
7. Press "5" to change password
8. Key in new 4 digits password and enter # key
9. Key in again new 4 digits password and enter # key

6. Press "1" for old message
7. Press "7" to delete old message

1. Press "Vol +" to increase phone volume
2. Press "Vol -" to decrease phone volume

1. Answer an incoming call
2. Press "FWD" follow by the number you wish to transfer to

1. Make the 1st call and wait for the 1st party to answer the call
2. After the 1st party has answered the call, press "Hold" and call the 2nd party
3. After 2nd party has answered the call, press "*"
4. Three parties can now engage in the conference call

• Press the "Mute" button to mute the call

1. While in a call, press the "Hold" button to hold the call
2. The other party will listen to music while on hold
3. Press the "Hold" button again to get back to the ongoing conversations

1. Press "In Call" then "Menu/OK" to show missed call list
2. Press "Up" and "Down" to show all missed calls
3. Press "Del" to delete missed call

1. To set speed dial number, press the speed key
2. Enter the speed dial number
3. Press Menu/OK to save the setting
4. To dial a pre-set number, pick up handset
5. Press the speed dial key
